Sharadchandra Pawar,.Presently the Minister for Agriculture at the centre. Beginning with its first institute in 1973, Vidya Pratishthan is sincerely dedicated to prepare the Indian youth for challenges of the competitive global marketplace while fostering a socio-economic sensitivity in their perspective.

  • The College of Education, with its new three storey building and vast infrastructural facilities is one of its kind in the country.
  • From the year 1997, college is organizing university level seminars, workshops & National Conferences, consistently every year, which are funded by NAAC or NCTE.
  • During the year 2002-2003 our college was a centre for refresher course in education. The college also conducted a second refresher course in Education (by the Academic staff college of the University of Pune) in the academic year 2003-2004 and then in 2005-2006. The refresher course were in IT related Teaching Learning Methodology.
  • Looking at our Best IT facilities Intel has selected us for Project Based Learning (PBL), and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) projects and the Regional visits and guides us for preparation of these projects.
