SPPU and our yearly magazine “ Vidyashree” was felicitated three times by the University for the purpose. Vidya Pratishthan College of Education has two divisions. It has got permanent affiliation from SPPU, for its Marathi medium division. One separate division for English medium student was started from 2004-2005. Vidya Pratishthan College of Education got 2 F & 12 B from UGC, Delhi. Vidya Pratishthan College of Education is the first accredited non-granted B.Ed. College in Maharashtra, by NAAC, Bangalore. It has re-accredited from NAAC, in 2009-2010 with “B” Grade (CGPA 2.96) NAAC peer team duly appreciated the supportive learning environment and the infrastructural and educational facilities available here.

Even in this pandemic situation college has successfully proved its educational status through various student centered activities. Students passed out from our college are working in various Government granted schools and in administrative services in educational Field.

Through the organization and participation of State, National & International workshops, Seminars and Conferences our horizon seems expanding. With the guidance of National & international leveled experts and dignitaries in educational field, we, the students and teachers of Vidya Pratishthan College of Education are being enriched day by day.

Considering the future prospectus in the field of education “Placement Cell” is established in our college, through which college provides job opportunities in English & Marathi Schools.

To meet the purpose of developing various skills among student- teachers, and for helping them to crash the competitive exams with confidence, college established “Carreer Katta” in collaboration with Maharashtra State Higher and Technical Education Department and Maharashtra Information Technology Assistance Center.

Golden Jubilee year: This year (2022-2023) is celebrated in Vidya Pratishthan’s golden jubilee year various activities are going on throughout the year. College has shouldered the responsibility of various programme such as Dr. Kakodkar lecture under Vidya Pratishthan talks, Youth Feast College has successful organize the responsibility of youth feast Tarangan.

The experienced and enthusiastic team of our teacher is always keen to help and guide the students to achieve the highest standard of skills & performance as a future teacher. Their experience obviously ensure smooth and efficient learning environment.

Thus, since last thirty years Vidya Pratishthan College of Education situated in Vidya Pratishthan’s educational campus, which came into existence as the vision of Hon. Shri. Sharadchandraji Pawar saheb, Chairman, Vidya Pratishthan, walking towards its goal with its educational, physical and human resources. In fact I am very much honored to be the Principal of Vidya Pratishthan’s College of Education, Vidyanagari, Baramati, Dist-Pune.
